DELIVERY
Next Day delivery to any UK Mainland Postcode if ordered before 1.00pm on a weekday, and delivery on following Monday for a Friday order. This does not apply on public holidays such as bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year etc.
Delivery to non UK mainland requires additional cost of £20, and delivery time will be approximately 3 additional working days not including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year etc.
This is inclusive of delivery to Northern Ireland.
RETURNS
Buyer must cover full cost of return shipping, our initial shipping fee (£14.40) plus a restocking and admin fee 20% of total cost. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Please note this is on the condition of the item not being unreasonably handled, used, tampered or altered including any packaging in any way such that it is not possible to resell without further action from us. If this is not the case then we will charge additional costs at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.
If you wish to return the item, please reply to confirm this.
Once your item is returned back to us, we will analyse the item to ascertain any defect/malfunction.
The turn around time scale for the resolution above after we receive your product back will be within 14 working days.
Please provide tracking number and courier used once return has been despatched.
If no tracking number is provided with name of courier then this will cause delays in processing.
In the case of a used faulty item for replacement under warranty, return the item in a sealed box, ensuring the item has been cleaned and dried.
On the box, write your name and order number (without a name and order number on the box, the item will be refused and returned to sender, as without a name we cannot track the return).
